Paul McMonagle

Technical Director

Paul has over ten years experience with technical IT Systems, databases and programming, and is responsible for LHM Media’s internal systems.

Paul began his career working for a multi-national communications carrier in their Sales and Marketing function, then moving to Delivery Systems and IT Operations. With roles in Software Development, Database Development and IT Operations Paul developed an interest in the use of Web Applications for simplifying processes and providing accessible systems for communicating information across different mediums and streamlining business functions.

After working in the Communications sector for five years Paul transferred to the Medical Development field. Improving both the hardware and software functions of a large firm, Paul was responsible for furthering the management and treatment of Developmental Disorders. His work led to outstanding results and a scientific breakthrough, and has since helped thousands of children and adults improve their reading and vision.

In 2005, Paul set up LHM Media with Steven Lawrence and Ian Hughes, who both shared his drive and vision of how mobile and web technology would benefit the marketing industry. Four years later the vision is reality with the LHM Media brand employing ten people and working for prestigious clients including Sony BMG, IPC Media and Gumball 3000. The same drive and vision pushes LHM Media into the new technology and marketing theory emerging in 2009.

In his current role as Technical Director of LHM Media, Paul is instrumental in developing software that enables our clients to communicate with their customers more effectively through measurable, creative, integrated campaigns.

Paul is a Microsoft Certified Professional, with strong views and high standards on how digital communications should be integrated across all of the available platforms. Paul is passionate about technology and its development as a toolset for communicating and interacting with people and businesses.
